Who we are

This site is operated by M.P.T Samui Co., Ltd. ("Azure 6", "we", "our"). For data-protection questions email privacy@azure6samui.info.

What we collect

• Analytics (optional, consent-based): page views, section views, button clicks, FAQ opens, WhatsApp redirects, language switches. Processed by PostHog on EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com). No IP-level tracking; pseudonymous IDs only.
• Contact data (when you reach out): the name, phone number, email and message you provide on WhatsApp, email or the contact form. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (Vercel) — IP, user agent, timestamp — retained 30 days for security & abuse prevention.

Cookies & similar technologies

• Essential: language preference, consent state. Always on; no consent required.
• Analytics (PostHog): only set after you press "Accept analytics" in the banner. You can change your mind anytime via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Legal basis (GDPR / EAA)

• Analytics: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Inquiry handling: Pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Security logs: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

Under GDPR (and corresponding Israeli law) you may at any time request:

• Access to your data
• Correction or deletion
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Withdrawal of consent (for analytics — use the footer "Cookie preferences" link, or clear browser storage)
• Complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Israel: PPA / הרשות להגנת הפרטיות)

Third-party processors

• PostHog (EU instance) — product analytics. PostHog privacy policy.
• Vercel — static hosting & edge functions. Vercel privacy policy.
• Google Fonts & Fontshare — webfont delivery (no personal data; static font files only).

Retention

Inquiry data: 24 months after last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics events: 12 months. Server logs: 30 days.

Transfers outside the EEA

Analytics data stays in the EU (PostHog Frankfurt). Inquiry replies may travel via standard email/messaging providers; we do not transfer personal data to non-adequate jurisdictions for marketing or profiling.
